Canada Water

About the project

British Land’s £4bn redevelopment of 53 acres of Zone 2.  Master planned by Allies and Morrison and in partnership with Southwark Council this significant redevelopment is jointly led at British land by industry visionary Roger Madelin.

British Land faced a number of challenges in communicating Canada Water’s offering to a variety of key audiences, each with their own needs. How do you launch the first phase of complex masterplan in an engaging way? How do you show scale and  proximity? How do communicate the brand effectively? How do you showcase the 15 year development timeline? 

 

  • Development of a  multifaceted engagement led communication strategy.

  • Focused and targeted engagement collateral articulating to the audience how they may use and benefit from the space. 

  • A  bespoke interactive platform from which we were able to efficiently and effectively  output rendered images, videos and applications such as the Phasing Tool to help explain the diversity of Phase 1 and the ongoing Masterplan.
