There was a challenge in communicating the phasing of the development to the board and to residents via a hard to understand 30 page PDF document.

 

Production of an interactive phasing animation over the timeline of the project. Allowing the presenter to play through the phases from demolition to completion and jump to any time in the development timeline.

 

Enabling better, faster communication to board members and stakeholders. Effective engagement with local residents about the future of the masterplan, the timeline and what benefits are available at each phase.

 

This reduced the negative impact of construction and disruption to the community. Residents engaged well and appreciated the level of communication and transparency.
