Elephant Park

Lendlease and Southwark Council's £2.3 billion 28 acres regeneration of the former and iconic Heygate Estate in the centre of London at Elephant & Castle. 

 

A mixed used development with a strong retail place vision including over 100,000 sq ft of floor retail space across 3 new shopping streets and a retail park.  Defined by a bold tenant curation strategy of experimental, affordable, independent retailers and well known brands.

We assisted the team with ongoing digital design support, 4 separate successful planning applications and through 3 sales cycles (residential and commercial). We have produced over 200 images over 8 years of continuous project support.

 

• Delivery of V-Room. An onsite immersive decision-making facility. 

• A fully immersive Virtual Reality environment where the development and construction teams can view, discuss and iterate designs. Used for everything from site safety training to high-level political negotiation it is considered to be a world-leading example of digital design and construction.

• Innovative digital placemaking and retail design process.
