FCA

During Pre-let negotiations the FCA saw the fully interactive model of IQL we had build for Lendlease.  They approached us asking if the technology could be used to help manage their move.   Initially we worked with them to design an onboarding and change management program.  Using VR headsets and a fully interactive virtual model to allow every member of the nearly 4,000 staff to experience the new building first hand, to understand it's benefits and not feel excluded from the process.  Senior staff were able to make significant impact on team space layout and the board were able to take an active interest because there was something visual they could engage with rather than spreadsheets and plans. 

We went on use the tool to help them design and iterate fitout, place and design security camera systems, assess crisis management systems, make onboarding, health and safety, orientation films.  The virtual model was integral to a very successful move, which avoided all costly retro fitting.  It's use is ongoing and was used as part of the design and communication response to the Pandemic.
